In his role, he oversees the Community Consulting Lab and designs talent-building programs focusing on professional growth and social innovation. He has taught leadership programs at Carey and the University of Maryland, and has led journey-based mostly management expeditions throughout the U.S., Norway, Italy, Belize, Fiji and Jordan.
